Canna Candys

Digital printing requires different supply chain strategies as jobs can be 100-3,000 meters. Brand owners have similar technical requirements as larger volume customers that necessitate specialized films. In this case, the hard candy required an anti-fog coated PE so as not to stick. Conventional pre-laminate suppliers do not have such a stock product and a request for such a specific application would take 10+ weeks and volume requirements. By thermally laminating the pre-laminate, the converter can supply just in time and brings a revolution to the flexible packaging industry. In the end, the structure assimilates extrusion lamination, but in multiple steps. The final structure is a matte BOPP/EVA thermally laminated to a surface printed MET PET/EVA that was made into a pre-laminate by thermally laminated to 1 mil PE coated with anti-fog. For these reasons, Karlville & All State Printing achieved a placement in our Innovation Showcase. For more information on the manufacturers, visit their website here and here.

Date Sugar Stand-up Pouch

The Date Sugar matte stand-up pouch design is attractive on the shelf and the transparent window helps to showcase the product. Classic and functional, the package also provides a barrier to maintain product freshness and is a perfect stand-up pouch with a reclosable zipper and ‘V’ notch for easy opening. These considerations earned Emirates Printing Press, L.L.C. a place in our Innovation Showcase. To learn more about the manufacturer, visit their website here.

Doogie Natural Dog Food

The Doogie is designed to create an interesting visual impact with the combination of holographic PET with a side gusset perforation. This 3D pouch with vibrant contrasting colors is the key element that helps the package design stand out on the shelf. The holographic MET PET improves the aesthetic appearance. The 3D pouch is made with three different webs (front, back, and gusset) which were registered while pouching. For these reasons, Emirates Printing Press earned a place in our Innovation Showcase. Flexitube with Matte Finish for Roop Mantra Face Wash

UFlex’s Flexitubes developed tubes of 115 ml volume for SBS Biotech for their popular skincare product Roop Mantra Face Wash. Roop Mantra Face Wash comes in four variants such as Cucumber, Neem, Mix Fruit, and Aloe Vera. These tubes developed by Flexitubes provide the features of a matte finish along with the effect of foil stamping without the use of hot foil. The product casts an attractive shelf appeal due to the vibrant reproduction of the images through matte and gloss effects. These considerations earned Paharpur Uflex Limited a place in our Innovation Showcase. To learn more about the manufacturer, visit their website here.
